Negative emotions and destructive reactions do not arise from a specific psychological trauma (event/situation that happened in the past). The most destructive negative emotions and destructive reactions arise from how we accepted this trauma and what we thought about it. Therefore, we need to rethink and change our view of the problems and obstacles we face. To do this, we need to learn to develop our perception (inner self and outer world), our thinking (rational, productive, realistic) in a constructive way (aimed at achieving positive results) — not only through theory, but also through specific skills and practice.

1) Observe your thoughts from the outside and give them a fair assessment.
2) Understand your own thinking mechanism by asking yourself questions
3) Control your automatic negative thoughts, turn off the autopilot and learn to analyze from a realistic point of view (psychoanalysis) — and you will develop mental hygiene.
4) Keep a DIARY, write down every thought in it, and you will fully know who you are.

Remember: small daily actions lead to great inner transformation.
